ECPHD sets dates for H1N1 Clinics.

The Edgar County Public Health Department has set dates for four H1N1 clinics. The first clinic will be held on December 17th from 8am to 11:30am.  This clinic is for anyone 10 years through 64 years of age.  This clinic will be held at the Edgar County Public Health Department, and an APPOINTMENT must be made.  To make an appointment, please call 217-465-2212.  Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. 

The second clinic will be held at the Chester Sutton Senior Center on December 17th from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.  This clinic is for adults age 65 and older.  If you fit in this category, please call the Senior Center for more details.  Their number is 217-465-6921.

On December 22nd from 9am to 11am, there will be a H1N1 clinic at Crestwood School for those children who are 4 years of age through 9 years of age, and received their first dose of H1N1 on or before November 24, 2009.  A minimum of 28 days must separate the first dose from the second.  This clinic will be first come first serve.

If your child is between the age of 6 moths and 3 years, and needs a second dose of the H1N1 vaccine, a clinic will be held December 23rd  at the Edgar County Public Health Department.  Your child must have recieved the vaccine on or before November 23th, 2009 to be eligible for this clinic.  Again, a minimum of 28 days must separate the first dose from the second dose.  This clinic will be by appointment only.  Please call 217-465-2212 to schedule an appointment.
